Based in central Victoria  Watson Thoroughbreds and owned and managed by Christopher Watson and partner Johanne Appleby.

Chris's interest in the Thoroughbred breed blossomed into a boutique breeding operation which saw its first offspring in the 2018 season with some exciting breed combinations coming through in 2020.

 

Our aim is to breed quality horses, with emphasis on temperament and athletic ability.  Our philosophy is that without a willing, steady and confident temperament no horse will ever reach its physical potential.
